1. How does Executive Coaching work?
Coaching works on developing goals with the client by providing a form of structure in their
life and in business. The Executive Coach will guide each client with a vision for their
respected business.
Clients will meet their goals by meeting with an Executive Coach as they respectfully arrange
consultations and appointments.
2. What do they work on?
The Coach will help facilitate client through such things as the following:
- Working toward personal growth in business or in life
- Providing support and developing actions plans
- Providing exercises and case scenarios for stress reduction
- Conduct assessments and testing emotional intelligence
- Improving creativity and productivity with a person in their own business or organization
- Business planning and goal setting
- Training, developing and empowering clients
- Creating a balance in ones life and in business
- Teaching and coaching in Spanish in the Hispanic Market
- Facilitating multicultural teams
3. How does a Coach work with clients?
A client works with a coach once a week or as needed by phone or face-to-face sessions.
Many clients will be seek sessions by phone. However, meeting a client in person over a period
of time will increase positive outcomes and will also work toward achieving the goals of each
client.
4. What should you look for when choosing a coach?
It is important to look for a coach whom is genuine and a good fit for your needs and goals. It
is also important to look for a coach you believe in making a difference when helping set your
goals in life and in business.
